General overhaul of fuel injection pumps on a Bosch injection test bench

We are also conducting testing, adjusting and general overhaul of mechanical fuel injection pumps (no diesel) for all Mercedes classic cars in our engine workshop. Amongst other models, we can handle the following: 220SEb, 300SEb 2+6 plungers 6.3 ltr., 230SL, 250SE, 250SL, 280SE und 280SL.

We analyse and revise your mechanical fuel injection pump with Bosch genuine tools and measuring equipment according to the Bosch repair and analysis instructions. Not every pump which diverges from the guidance values has to be generally overhauled, that�s why we make individual offers for every customer.

We have a large spare parts depot of genuine Bosch parts. With these we can repair your fuel injection pump by installing new parts if the analysis of the pump turns out that a general overhaul is necessary.

If you wish to have a surface treatment of the attaching parts like, e.g. injector line fitting, barometric cell or thermostat, feel free to mention it in your inquiry, so we can include it in our offer.

Furthermore we have completely general overhauled fuel injection pumps in stock which we can offer you in exchange for your used pump.
